Alumnites

On March 7^th, the department will be kicking off its Alumnites series. Alumnites is a series of presentations by the department’s graduate alumni working in industry/beyond academia that will aim to provide both information about jobs post-graduation (from the MA and/or PhD) and a Q&A session with alumni in industry.

Our first event will feature Michael Bator (MA) and Dana Wray (PhD), who both work as researchers in government and government-adjacent fields. Dana is a Senior Analyst at Statistics Canada, and Michael is a Statistics Analyst at the Business Intelligence and Insights Branch of the Ministry of the Solicitor General.
